Our policy

Here we list some of the guidelines for you to make your appointments correctly in case you have any doubts, and especially that we hope that you have an incredible experience at Spa by Tula. 

APPOINTMENTS

  • All first time clients must book appointment online.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, then you can receive your full service. 
  • If you want to book your next appointment, we recommend that you book it before leaving the salon so we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.
  • If you are late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. Please be aware that if you are more than 15%  late of the time service, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.
  • In   the   event   that   you   miss   three   consecutive   appointments   without contacting us, you will not be able to schedule future appointments. But, you may be considered as a walk-in.

CANCELLATIONS

  • In the case  you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hour notice.
  • If that a 24 hour notice is not received, a cancelation fee in the amount of the entire schedule treatment amount will be charged.

PRICING

  • All prices can be changed at the discretion of management.

PAYMENT

  • We accept: Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), Cash or Debit Cards.

WALK-INS

  • Walk-in customers are welcome, however if it is not convenient with our schedule   you may experience a   waiting   period   or   schedule   an   actual appointment.

CONFIRMATIONS

  • As a courtesy, we send text and/or email to confirm your appointments a business day prior to your appointment.
  • If     we   are   unable   to   reach   you,   please   understand   that   it   is   your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

RETURNS

  • We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your retail products you may return them for a refund   or   exchange   within   14   working   days   from   the   date   of   delivery providing   they   are   in   the   original   packaging   and   also,   unused   and/or unopened.
  • We can withdraw the offer of a refund or exchange if its goods are sent back in an saleable condition.
